«Wigmore Women's and Children's Hospital» offers comprehensive services at the obstetrics department, including:

Pregnancy planning, management, and delivery are carried out exclusively on the basis of evidence-based medicine, based on the standards of pregnancy management established by the Armenian Ministry of Health and the guidelines and practices of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).
The LDR (Labor, Delivery, and Recovery) system is introduced for the first time in Armenia. The woman spends the prenatal period, childbirth, as well as the postpartum period in a comfortable room, equipped with a transformer bed and other required equipment, under the supervision of a caring medical staff. Labor pain management is carried out by, both, drug and non-drug methods, including through hydrotherapy - when a pregnant woman, immersed in warm water, is able to feel physically better and relaxed.
