Dr. Zaven Koloyan is an orthopedic spine surgeon, Co-Founder and, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Wigmore Group, a healthcare network that includes Wigmore Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Wigmore Clinic, and Wigmore Family Health Center.

Holding a degree in economics from Yerevan State University Mr. Koloyan later earned his medical degree from the Yerevan State Medical University and pursued further education at Harvard Medical School, completing postgraduate programs in Surgical Leadership and Hospital Management.

Dr. Koloyan has been actively involved in the healthcare sector as a surgeon, entrepreneur, and executive, leading multiple medical institutions․

Through his leadership, he has contributed significantly to the advancement of modern, Western-oriented healthcare practices in Armenia, improving patient care and medical innovation in the region.

Chief Operating Officer
Shahane Mnatsakanyan has graduated Yerevan State Medical University department of general medicine. Afterwards she received her second bachelor’s degree in Public Health from American University of Armenia. She served as a Quality Assurance Manager at National Centers for Disease Control under MoH for three years. 

She held positions of National Laboratory Consultant in WHO Armenian country office as well as Laboratory Quality Auditor for MoH. After she continued her education in Harvard Medical School postgraduate educational program and was trained in Quality, Safety, Informatics and Leadership in Healthcare.

Currently she holds position of Chief Operating Officer of Wigmore Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Interim CEO of Wigmore Clinic also she is a resident of National Institute of Health in department of Epidemiology.
