The pediatric surgery service at «Wigmore Women's and Children's Hospital» works around the clock, performing the widest range of emergency and elective surgical procedures, open and minimally invasive.

Modern endoscopic surgery is widely used in our country. The service deals with:
- diagnosis and treatment of congenital and acquired surgical pathologies in children
- diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases
- various interventions related to oncological diseases: placement of central venous systems, biopsies of tumors by open, endoscopic and minimally invasive methods, as well as radical surgical removals
- removal of foreign bodies of respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract
- other minor surgical interventions in outpatient settings
